BIM Master Training Institute - Terms and Conditions

1. Course Enrollment

Enrollment in any course offered by BIM Master Training Institute is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
Students must complete the enrollment form and provide accurate personal and professional information.

2. Fees and Payment

Course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course unless otherwise specified. Payment plans may be available upon request.
All payments are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by BIM Master Training Institute. In such cases, students will receive a full refund.

3. Course Materials

BIM Master Training Institute will provide necessary course materials, including software licenses, textbooks, and online resources as applicable.
Students are responsible for the safekeeping of any physical materials provided. Replacement of lost or damaged materials may incur additional fees.

4. Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance and active participation are required to successfully complete the course. Students must adhere to the schedule provided at the beginning of the course.
Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.

5. Certification

Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion. To qualify for certification, students must meet all course requirements, including assessments, projects, and attendance.
Certificates may be withheld if course fees are not paid in full or if there are unresolved disciplinary issues.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the course without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including digital content, are the intellectual property of BIM Master Training Institute. Students are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
Students may use the course materials for personal educational purposes only.

8. Confidentiality

BIM Master Training Institute respects the privacy of its students and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Students are also expected to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course.

9. Limitation of Liability

BIM Master Training Institute is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our courses.
The institute’s liability in any claim will be limited to the amount of the course fee paid by the student.

10. Amendments

BIM Master Training Institute reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BIM Master Training Institute operates.
